Numerous spermatozoa (Sz) are present in the lumen of the duct. The tall epithelial cells (E) have their nuclei located at variable levels within their cytoplasms. Clustered non-motile microvilli (V) or stereocilia are seen at the apices of these cells. Some small basal cells (B) are seen next to the limiting membrane. Stain: Masson’s Trichrome
