With this method the nuclei (N) and the keratin filaments of the epithelial reticular cells are stained green. Bundles of keratin filaments (red arrows) are seen in the long cytoplasmic processes of these stellate cells. The yellowish nuclei of small lymphocytes (L) are seen in the interstices of the network formed by the epithelial reticular cells. Stain: TPA
