Ce champ montre un myélocyte
éosinophile avec un gros noyau ovoïde entouré d’un cytoplasme légèrememt basophile contenant de nombreux granules acidophiles et quelques granules azurophiles.
Trois érythroblastes basophiles II, un érythroblaste polychromatophile et deux neutrophiles sont également identifiés. Coloration: Wright-Giemsa
